 Wig polices? PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE PURCHASE

Custom Wigs, Bob Sales, and Custom Orders will be shipped between 7 and 14 business days, All Bundles  Frontal/Closures, Apparel, Ready Ship and Silk Wraps/Bonnets will be shipped between 5-7 business days excluding weekend and holidays. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. We are not responsible for your order once they leave post office. There are absolutely NO REFUND OR EXCHANGES. If you receive the wrong order, please contact us, we will respond within 24 hours.

Will I need glue? 

 No all frontal's come with elastic bands, no glue is need for closures. All of our wigs are glue-less.

Measurements? 

Head Sizes are Between 22"- 24"... For Adults and 20”-21” For Children, Please select Head Size when selecting your unit if not your unit will be made with the Average Head Size measurements of 23”. Ready Ship Unit are between 22”-23”

How to maintain Virgin hair bundles?

Shampoo hair with lukewarm water once a week, afterwards deep condition hair and use argan oil to maintain moisture. Comb hair from ends to root using a wide tooth comb. Air dry or blow dry on low heat using a wig brush.
